Join our lively open discussion tonight as we look at revitalizing ourselves in a variety of areas.  While we may not be as physically active as we once were, are there other ways in which we can continue to be heard, to advocate, and show the world  that we are still determined to change how we are viewed by the global community.  If you have been encouraged or discouraged, let’s talk about it and see how we can all be heard.   If you feel you are being pittied by friends, family members, or others, let’s remember we are the ambassadors of our community..  Every time we step out the door, we are making an impression on others around us.  That is our opportunity to show the world just how capable we are.
